We named this course a “Fast-Forward” guide because we want you to get results quickly, and in essence fast-forward through hours of tedious practice. Here are a few tips to get the most out of this course.

1.) We strongly recommend you work your way through the course while you're at a piano or keyboard. The lessons come in “bite-sized” segments (a few measures of music at a time), so it's best if you're able to immediately implement my suggested fingerings and practice techniques on the spot.

2.) If the music seems beyond you at the moment, your best (and quickest) path to success is to watch each lesson in order. You'll not only learn the notes, you'll also learn how to practice and drill trouble spots so you can correct mistakes quickly or even avoid them entirely. This will "fast-forward" your progress through efficient and strategic practice in manageable chunks.

3.) More advanced pianists can feel free to skip over or fast-forward through the lessons on any measures you are comfortable playing. If you're not having any problems technically or stylistically and your fingerings are flowing well, you're probably good to go. And if your goal is to learn the music as quickly as possible, watching the lessons on the measures you've already mastered may actually slow you down.

4.) Lastly, if you're not particularly in a hurry and even though you have the music learned technically, viewing each lesson may still reward you with new practice techniques, style tips, or alternate fingerings. What you learn could come in handy down the road, so don't think working through each lesson will be time wasted!

Thanks for being a part of this course! Let's get started!
