This splendid medley by Craig Curry begins with a triumphant verse for choir and congregation of “Christ the Lord Is Risen Today.” Reverently recalling our Lord’s passion and suffering with a verse of “Were You There?,” it gradually builds to a glorious finale on “Joyful, Joyful, We Adore Thee.” Skillful scoring, a solo trumpet part for smaller choirs (opt. tpt. part included), and a brilliant orchestration for larger choirs (available separately) make this the perfect choice for Easter.
